The Awards Process
The start point in the awards process is reviewing and understanding the awards guideline. This guide clearly explains each category and the award process. The award process is divided into 6 activities; Entry, Awards submission, Pre-selection, Assessment, Voting and Awards Ceremony.
Any individual or company can nominate themselves or another person/organization. Each nominee can enter upto 3 categories
The awards submission entails providing details or motivation about the entry or nomination. This is an important phase as nominees or entrants provide clarity as to what they or the person they are nominating is doing that deserves they should be awarded a customer service excellence award
During the pre-selection phase, supplementing information could be requested, verification could be made to ensure accuracy of information provided.
Assessment interviews are conducted to establish accuracy of facts provided and obtain clarity on initiatives presented. The organization or individual has the opportunity to provide more details , examples or showcase what they are doing.
The general public gets a chance to provide their opinion on the pre-selected nominees. The judging or expert voting is also done by customer experience executives and experts in the country.
Finalist are invited to the awards ceremony, in which winners are announced and trophies given.
